By using vyten.ai or signing up for the Vyten monitoring program, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vyten delivers recurring drone and satellite-based asset intelligence on the commercial roofs you authorize us to monitor. We do not perform repairs and do not refer to repair vendors. Reports are advisory; capital decisions are yours.

Billing and cancellation

Monitoring is billed annually. You may cancel any program at renewal with no penalty. The $500 launch scan is non-refundable, but is fully credited toward year one when you sign within 30 days.

Access and permission

You represent that you have authority to permit drone overflight of the properties you enroll, in compliance with FAA Part 107 and applicable local ordinances.

Liability

All drone flights are covered by aviation liability insurance (partner-carried where capture is performed by Vyten's certified Part 107 capture partner) in addition to Vyten's own commercial general liability and E&O coverage. Reports are advisory and not a substitute for engineering judgment where a stamped report is required (PE stamps are available on request).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
