How we use it

To deliver the monitoring program you sign up for, to communicate with you about your portfolio, to bill you, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Imagery and dashboard data

Imagery captured under your account is your data. Vyten stores it for the life of the asset record and uses it only to deliver the service unless you grant explicit written permission for other use.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and routine third-party security review.
